If you are not entirely happy with your product or have changed your mind, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges online. We recommend sending the item back for a full refund and purchasing your exchange item as a new order. This way, we can ensure you receive your tee as soon as possible.
We do not refund or exchange any sale or promotional items as these items are priced accordingly due to being last in size or at the end of their run so please choose carefully and use our size chart to ensure you order the correct size.
To return your order, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1. Items are returned in their original packaging accompanied with the tax invoice you received from your order confirmation email. Please print and include your invoice in the return parcel
2. Items have not been worn, washed or altered in any way, with the “DO NOT IRON PRINT” adhesive label and swing tag intact on the garment
3. Contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Please include your order number in your email
4. Download the Returns Authorisation (RA) Form by clicking on the "FORMS" link at the bottom menu of our site or click here
5. Complete the Returns Authorisation (RA) Form, including the RA number provided to you, and return it along with your t-shirt in a suitable parcel bag from Australia Post.

Once we have received your return parcel, and provided all Refund Policy conditions are met, a full refund (ex. shipping) will be provided, crediting your original method of payment.
• We do not provide cash refunds or credit vouchers
• Any items returned that do not meet our Refund Policy will be rejected and sent back
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Postage for returning parcel will be at the customer’s cost*
*We will not be held liable for any costs related to return postage or any items lost during transit. We recommend using express post or registered post to ensure your parcel arrives safely and enable you to keep track of your parcel.
Please allow up to 10 business days from when you post your parcel back to us to process your return. We will endeavour to refund your product as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your request has been completed.
In the unlikely event an item sent to you is faulty (this would be rare since we check every tee before dispatch!) or we have sent the incorrect product, we will pay for the cost of posting the item back to us. Postage for your replacement tee will also be free of charge. Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what the problem is, attaching an image of the t-shirt you received as reference. We will then come back to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
