FAQ

1. How do I place my order?

Browse through our collection and click on the item you’d like to purchase.

We strongly recommend using our size chart to determine your size and ensure you get the right fit.

Select the size and quantity you need, and click “Add to Cart” to reserve your order. You can return to the product page and add more tees to your cart by clicking "Continue Shopping" or click on “View Cart” if you are satisfied with your order.

Click on "Check Out" if you are satisfied with the item/s and quantity in your cart summary.

Note:

- If you are using an android device to make your purchase and have a Google Pay account, click on "Google Pay" if this is your preferred payment method

- If you are using an iOS / Apple device to make your purchase and have an Apple Pay account, click on the "Apple Pay" icon if this is your preferred payment method

Enter your “email or mobile phone number” in the “Contact” field or log in to your account if you have created one.

Enter your details into the “Delivery” field.

Select your Preferred Shipping in the “Shipping Method” field.

Select your Payment method and enter your details in the “Payment” field.

Note: If you like to pay with Amex, this payment method is only available through the Paypal payment option.

Click on “Pay Now” to complete your transaction.

Note:

- If you are provided with a discount code to use on your order, please enter the code into the “Discount Code” field on the right-hand side of the checkout screen

- If you are purchasing through your mobile, click on the "Show Order Summary" section on the top of the Checkout Customer Information page to display and enter your discount code

- If you are in the checkout screen and would like to return to your shopping cart to remove or adjust the quantities of any items, just click on the “Cart” icon on the top right-hand side of the checkout page. If you increased or decreased the quantities of any item within your order, please remember to click on “Update Cart” before continuing to Checkout.

2. Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Of course you can.

If your order has not been shipped, please email us at enquiries@kdiller.com and we will cancel and refund your order.

If your order has been shipped and you would like a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

3. Can I change my order after it has been paid?

Unfortunately we are unable to change an order after it has been paid.

If your order has not been shipped, please email us at enquiries@kdiller.com and we will cancel and refund your order.

If your order has been shipped, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original order once you have received it for a full refund.  Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

4. What are your shipping costs?

We offer both Standard and Express shipping within Australia.

Our shipping cost per order  is $12.00 for Standard shipping and $15.00 for Express shipping.  Choose which option you prefer at the shipping section during check out.

5. How do I track my delivery?

Once your purchase has been finalised, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with an Australia Post tracking number so you can track your delivery status.

You can either click on the tracking number included in your email order notification or click on the following link https://m.auspost.com.au/view/home to access the Australia Post tracking service and enter your tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

6. The t-shirt I want is sold out. Will you be getting more in?

Unfortunately once a print has sold out, no more will be produced. We want to ensure our customers are wearing exclusive tees and that’s why we only produce each print in limited numbers.

We also have an ebay store you can check out for other classic vintage t shirts previously stocked from our collection. Click here to visit our ebay store.

Note:

If you wanted to add 2 of the same size in the same tee but receive the message "You can only add 1 K-Diller Australia Mens T Shirt...", this means there is only one left available in that size so best to add that to your cart ASAP to avoid missing out. 

7. Do you ship internationally?

Let us know which tee/s and size you're after along with your delivery address. Once we receive your email, we'll come back to you with a quote which will include the cost for std international shipping to your nominated address and country.

8. I need help with sizing of a product, where would I find this information?

Please refer to our size chart guide for assistance in finding your right size. As a reference, grab one of your own favourite t-shirts and lay it out on a flat surface. Get a measuring tape or ruler and take the measurements following our size chart guide.

If your measurements fall between two sizes on our size guide, we recommend choosing the size up to ensure the t-shirt is not too tight for you.  However, if you prefer a tighter fit, then go for the size down.

9. I need to return my product. How would I go about doing that?

If you are not entirely happy with your product, you are welcome to return the product for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase providing the item has not been worn, washed or altered in any way, with the “DO NOT IRON PRINT” adhesive label and swing tag intact on the garment.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. What if there is a problem with my order?

11. How should I wash my t-shirt?

Any garment will experience wear and tear over time and t-shirts are no different.

All coloured and printed tees will eventually wear and fade over time. How quickly it wears and fades depends on how often you wear your tee and how often it’s washed.

As a first step, wash your t-shirt separately on the first wash, and then with like colours thereafter.

For longevity, we suggest following these simple washing instructions:

  • Always wash in cold water with the t-shirt turned inside out
  • Use only standard detergent
  • Keeping the t-shirt inside out, hang dry in the shade away from sunlight
  • Iron your t-shirt inside out using a cool to low heat setting on your iron

PLEASE DO NOT:

  • Use hot water
  • Use concentrated detergent
  • Use bleach products
  • Wash with heavy loads
  • Tumble dry
  • Iron directly on the print

If a bleaching product has been used in your washing machine, we strongly recommend running a couple of standard cycles (using normal detergent) prior to putting your t-shirts in to wash. This will reduce the risk of your t-shirts from colour damage.

12. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay on our site.

If you would like to pay by Amex, please select the Paypal option on the check out payment screen, click complete order and select "Pay with Credit or Debit card" option on the Paypal pop up screen.

13. How secure are my payments?

We do not keep any of your credit card details on our site.

Our site uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure).
